Hotteeze Product Review!!!

Hi Guys and Gals
I'm back with a 3rd blog post this week (so proud of myself ha ha) and today i have a product review for you, i said in my previous post (check it out it has a workout plan in it) that this product would help you after you have been to the gym or done a workout, i am reviewing the Hotteeze Heat Pads, check out the review below πŸ‘‡

First things first it has to be said that these things are amazing!!! I am so happy i had the chance to review these at a discounted price for my honest review because i have found something that makes my life a little easier.
I have a bad back caused by spacing between my vertebra and it can get pretty sore at times and pain relief doesn't really work, the only thing that helps me is heat, i had a heat pack that i could warm up but i had to wrap it in a towel then hold it awkwardly to my back, these Hotteeze pads are so good they easily stick to my top and warm up in minutes, they stay warm and stay in place so i can get on with my everyday tasks, it took my back pain away and its so comfortable that i actually forgot i was wearing it!
It doesn't leave a sticky residue/mark on your top either when taken off after use. I would definitely recommend these to help with back pain, they can also be used for other aches and pains like shoulders, stomach etc, or to simply warm your hands and feet, all you have to do is peel off the backing sheet and stick to your clothing (not directly onto your skin).
These pads would also be great for use after the gym or post workout to take your aches and pains away and help your muscles relax. They stay hot for so long too 12+ on your body, 10+ hours on your hands and 5+ hours on your feet. These Hotteeze pads have also be sold in Physiotherapy, Osteo and Chiropractic clinics since 2005, selling over 600,000 every year, im not suprised either because they are really good

so please click the link below to check them out and get buying, i'm deffo buying more!

See you guys soon x

Wembley.... So Proud! x

Hi Guys,
Here i am again with another post! as promised. 2 days in a row check me out πŸ˜„

So as you can guess from the title this post is all about my experience at Wembley, where i went to watch my hometown get what they deserved...... a promotion to the premier league!!. If your unaware of the football team i am talking about it is Huddersfield Town, they played Reading at Wembley on Monday 29th May in the Sky Bet Championship Play-Off Final and they WON!!!, that means they are now in the Premiership along with the other big clubs. This includes the team i support which is Liverpool!.

Now you might be thinking but i thought you supported Huddersfield why do you also support Liverpool?, Well why not?, my mum and dad were Liverpool supporters and i have been one since birth, Huddersfield is my hometown and i will always be proud of what they achieve. I have heard comments like people are only going to Wembly for a day out, they dont go to all the matches, why are they now so interested etc?. Well its true i dont go to all the Huddersfield town matches, i dont own their shirts, and i dont have a season ticket, but that doesn't mean  am not allowed to support them, feel proud for them and stand on the sidelines cheering them on in one of the biggest matches of their season. That's like saying i'm not allowed to watch England in the world cup because i dont go to all the England matches!, I had the opportunity to go and support my hometown and that is exactly what i did. I didn't see it as a day out without the kids to go and get drunk and shout stuff alongside other football fans, I went there, paid attention and watched the whole of the game (well except for a quick toilet brake!), cheered, chanted and sang. I was nervous when it came down to penalties and both happy and emotional when they won. Nobody looked down on me while i was there, nobody knew weather i went to all the matches or not, everybody celebrated together, people who didn't know each other before that day hugged and cheered each other, and friends got to share the experience with their other friends and partners. It was a fantastic day, i thoroughly enjoyed it and i am happy i had the chance to be there on the day and share in the excitement of their promotion!.

Few Photos from the day x

I did have a video too but its too big to upload, it was of the celebration at the end. I am so proud of how far the lads have come and  think they will do a cracking job in the premier league, i may not be able to get to the matches but i can watch it on TV, that still counts dont it?. 😊

Well thanks for reading guys, i might even make a little video of the Wembly photos and videos and post it on my YouTube channel, (if you want to check out my channel btw its cherelly, feel free to like comment and subscribe 😏) if i do i will let you know in the next post, until then, seeya soon xx

update xx

Hi guys,
so i have been away for a while, where have i been?
Well i have been here there and everywhere, i had the opportunity to go watch my home town reach the premier league at Wembly with my partner, i have been working, but most of all i have been spending much needed time with family!

I am going to post at the weekend the meal and smoothie recipes for you and a little insight on how it was at Wembly, but today i am just gong to be doing a little post on some of the things that are important in life.

What is it that is important?, well friends and family for one. First of all its good to have friends, the ones who are always there for you no matter what, the ones that will randomly just message you to ask how you are without you have to message them first, the ones who will ask if you want to meet up for a coffee or to invite you round for a chat and a brew without you having to always try to arrange something and get turned down, the ones who you might not see for ages but when you meet up its like you saw them just yesterday, the ones who know your family may be going through a difficult time but they message you anyway to see how you and everyone else is doing, the ones that are able to pull up the embarrassing photos or tell the funny stories of brilliant memories/events you shared, the ones you can talk to for hours but it feels like 10 minutes, the ones who you trust with your children, basically the ones who are there when you need them, who dont expect you to always be the one to text or call first and to actually make an effort to be your friend and be there.

Family... you always feel family are going to be there, you dont ring or call them all the time and when you bump into each other you chat and laugh  and promise to meet up but then life gets in the way, you may be working and sorting the children out and not have enough time in the day to go visiting, they could live far away and you may not drive or not have enough money to go visit, they may even just live round the corner but before you know it months have passed and the visit still hasn't happened. Family are important they are a part of you, you may not get on with all you family but the ones you do its so nice to keep in touch, i'm so bad for keeping in touch with my family, i'm always at my mums but i'm so bad for visiting everyone else, sometimes i'm stubborn and say well they never come to see me at my house so why should i always go and visit their house, or they drive and i dont so its easier for them, but when you think about it that's just a stupid reason,
spend more time with the ones you love........

one more thing i want to add is you may see the cover photo for this post on Instagram or Facebook (if not i will post it below too) and wonder what it has to do with this post, well i feel it fits and here is why, the picture is of woodland, it looks dark maybe even scary to some people, and that is what life is like,  sometimes life is dark and scary and you can feel lost, everywhere you turn it can feel like there is no way out, also in the picture is a path, you can be in control and choose which path in life you want to take, the woods can also be a beautiful place full of life and nature, friends and family can help lead you out or you can stand tall and follow the path to your own future.

A lot have things have happened recently in London and Manchester and all over the rest of the world that doesn't get documented on the news, some people dont have the chance to follow their destiny or walk alongside friends and family but to those that do we all need to be there for everyone, offer support and spread the love, life is precious make the most of it!
