feeling festive

IT'S NEARLY CHRISTMAS!!!

Cant believe its so close to Christmas now and better yet i have finished Christmas shopping!!!, usually i am rushing around like a headless chicken on Christmas Eve trying to get the last bits and bats but this year i have actually finished, just have a mountain of wrapping to do now ha ha. I actually have my tree up now too!!! took me long enough its up really late this year but better late than never eh!. I do actually have some presents wrapped and ready to be delivered to my friend,  supposed to be able to make it up to see he but currently have a poorly little girl with atypical pneumonia so my partner might have to play Santa!!

So in one of my blog posts ages ago i said i would let you all know some of the things i'm going to do for Christmas with my little ones and activities you can do too so below are a few.

Christmas book parcel
My girls loved this, i wrapped up 24 books each with numbers on them and but them into a big cardboard box and wrapped that up too, i also wrapped up their advent calender's and left them with the wrapped box and left them out ready for them to find on 1st of Dec in the morning. The parcel had a letter from Santa explaining that he had seen how good the girls had been so thought he would give them a treat to hep them to get excited for Christmas, they had to open one parcel each night and enjoy it with their mummy or day, needles to say we are opening number 20 tonight and they have loved having a different story each night.

Christmas Eve Box
Another note from Santa to say that the girls have done really well and deserve a little treat and inside they will find things to help the prepare for Christmas etc
box included
new pyjamas
Christmas film
hot chocolate
snacks
popcorn
personalized letter from Santa each
reindeer dust so the can see the way to the house
and most of all Santa keys

Christmas arts and crafts
Literally everything arty about Christmas,
drawing Christmas pictures
making homemade Christmas cards
dancing to Christmas music and singing carols
an making tree decorations

Gosh i love this time of year want to write more but must dash as a new Christmas film is starting/ be back before Christmas

********book review crimson & cream *********

I must admit it took me a little while to get into the book, but when i did i couldn't put it down, i thoroughly enjoyed reading this right up to the very last page. It is a fantasy story full of adventures, danger and hint of magic. This book is very well written in in my opinion would suit younger readers very much.  The description of the story is below.

Hounded by watchmen, trolls, goblins, and a relentless bounty hunter, 13-year-old Jetsam dreams of the day he’ll no longer have to run for his life.

In the mountain city of Dwim-Halloe, Eadriel and Elvar were born twins to teachers at the city’s revered School of Magic. When the new king outlawed magic, the boys’ parents were murdered. Their deaths forfeited the twins' magical birthright and made them homeless fugitives.

Rescued by an orphan gang, the fleeing twins were nicknamed Flotsam and Jetsam. To survive as outcasts, the orphans scavenge and pilfer nightly. Their last risky foray sent them fleeing into an unfamiliar cavern. Now the boys are lost deep underground where they encounter a strange beast that will change their lives forever and begin a harrowing journey for their ultimate survival.

Crimson & Cream recounts Jetsam’s adventurous tale of flight and discovery as the fugitive orphan unravels his tortured past while securing his tenuous future.

so if your in to your fantasy novels you should definitely give this book a try you wont be disappointed .

******* Review Vorfreude® Floor Spray Mop with Microfibre Pad *******8

I was given the opportunity to test this product out in exchange for my honest unbiased review and i LOVE LOVE LOVE this product, i am so tired of buying new mops and tripping over my mop bucket in the kitchen, this spray mop is fantastic, it sits neatly in my kitchen and doesn't get in the way, better yet i dont need a mop bucket and dont have to ring it out every two seconds. i simply pop my cleaning detergent in the canister on the mop and squeeze the handle so it sprays out. It has a swivel head and the microfiber pad is washable, how good is that i can just pull it off the Velcro bottom and pop it in the wash when i am done. This means i save money because i dont have to constantly but new mop heads. Its quick and easily to assemble and de-assemble, is lightweight, made of reinforced aluminum and has a cushioned grip for a firm comfortable grasp when mopping the floor. Saves you time and money what more could you want from this fantastic mop!!!

Yet Another birthday coming up...........

Wow didn't realize how long it had been since i last posted,
now i know this blog might not be interesting to people, i mean for all i know no-one could read it, i decided to start this blog just to let people know a bit about me and my interests and because i like to write, to some it might not be interesting but hey i cant please everyone, and if you do read this (or your reading this post right now) then i would just like to say thank you for taking the time to sit and read what i have written.

Now i am sooooo excited because my youngest little monster turns six in two weeks..... SIX i cant believe it, seriously where does the time go?. Being a parent can be hard and stressful but yet so rewarding, first of all its amazing to think you can grow a tiny human being inside your body in the first place, then along comes this beautiful baby who is totally dependent on you to look after them, you put so much time and effort into taking care of them, you become tired, stressed if you are lacking sleep, close to pulling your hair out at times, but when that child looks at you and smiles its amazing, your a mummy, your a daddy to this little person and that little person's love for you is so pure, your their hero. To watch your child do something you have taught them, say something you have taught them or use their manners that you have taught them, makes you feel like your on top of the world and when thy call you mummy or daddy for the first time or say they love you, its amazing, no amount of money or achievement could ever match the feeling you get inside from them words. and if your not a parent yet then nieces, nephews even baby cousins who may look up to you or who your close to can offer the same feelings, like your heart could literally burst!!! My little lady is so grown up now she ain't a baby anymore but she still likes her cuddles, she sat on my knee the other day and snuggled in and i smelt the top of her head and it was like her newborn baby smell, her own unique smell and it was so comforting. I know i'm not crazy when  i say their own unique smell, just like each child looks different they have their own smell, i remember when i used to work in a nursery i could pick up a jumper and smell it and be able to tell which child it belonged to ha ha. She is having a party for her birthday too the joys of looking after 16 5-6 year old's!!! we are having it at a party place though so i'm glad i will have help, its just trying to keep the parents that decide to stay entertained, can be pretty awkward when its school friends parent because besides the school run i never really talk to them much ha ha.

Once her birthday is over i have to think about Christmas, i'm actually so excited my two still believe in Santa so i can do the whole Christmas letters and Christmas eve box surprise for them, this year i'm also doing something different. ill tell u what i usually do, I send off for personalized Christmas letters from Santa and save them, i then put together a Christmas eve box, last year it had a note from Santa to say that they have been very good and deserved a little treat before Christmas day it was left on the doorstep after a knock at the door, it had their letters in alongside this personalized note, hot chocolate, magic milk straws, (turn a normal glass of milk into chocolate milk), popcorn, reindeer dust with a poem on to sprinkle outside before bed so the reindeer can find their way to you and two dvds one Christmas one and one that was Santa's favorite. This year i'm doing something extra, ill still do the Christmas eve box but this year they will receive a parcel on the the 1st of Dec, it will again have a letter from Santa but it will have 24 wrapped presents, these are books they will be able to open one every night before bed and read it with mummy or daddy. We also do letters to Santa, we send them off (to nana) and she sends them a written one back.

Love all the craft things to do at Christmas too, ill share some on here closer to the time along with the reindeer dust recipe

i relize this is a log post so i will stop rambling and wrap it up, thank you for reading and i will try post sooner

p.s Hope everyone had a lovely Halloween my house was taken over by a zombie Anna and a witch Elsa :)

Fab Birthday*****

Hi guys,

So in my previous posts i explained that i was going to celebrate a friends birthday and my own and i think i wrote about how much fun i had on my friends birthday too. Its so nice when you get to share a birthday with your friends i just like to see how much fun they have and try help them to have an amazing night, the best bit for me is giving them a gift i think i get more excited than them cause i just love to see their reaction and love it even more when they tell me they liked it ha ha.

Anyway it was my birthday on Tuesday (25th Oct) and i have to say i have had an amazing time, it started the weekend before (22nd), i went out with my partner and one of my best friends and her partner, we went to an amazing Mexican restaurant called Gringos, the food was amazing but the decor was even better SKULLS EVERYWHERE!!!! i'm a huge skulls fan i just love them. My meal was paid for by my partner then we decided to go out of town to a tiki bar, we had looked online and seen the cocktail menu and we were all excited to go and sample some different cocktails, only when we got there the bloody place was closed!!!! we tried ringing the bar and everything but no luck, wasted taxi journey but at least we had had a drink in  a different bar before going to the tiki bar, so we decided to find another place to drink, no such luck!, we ended up in another taxi to another town, and went to a different cocktail bar. This cocktail bar was small but the cocktails were lovely i had a cherry cola bottle cocktail and a kinder bueno one...... so nice, my partner had a long island ice tea and a sourz cola bottle cocktail...... too sweet for him ha ha, the best bit about the cocktails were u got sweets with them i had a shot glass full of cherry cola cola bottles ha ha. We didn't end up staying out too late or getting too drunk but it was a fab night.

Sunday i had a lovely surprise from my partner and children, birthday gifts and a chocolate cake brought in with them all singing happy birthday. I had them early because my partner works away so wouldn't be there for my birthday.

Tuesday was brill too i received vouchers, so ended up going into town and spoiling myself then headed to my mums for a birthday tea (she put a candle in my lasagna ha ha), i also got loads of messages wishing me happy birthday and a phone call from my partner, He really spoilt me this year and i am so grateful i love the man so much, amazing presents, meal and money and a beautiful card and when i said thank you his words were "you deserve it babe". that makes me smile even more just them words alone.

That then wasn't the end on Saturday my mum made me some soul food (was amazing) gave me some jewelry, clothes and money for a tattoo that i have been wanting. then put on a buffet of food in the evening and made me a cake.... been so spoilt

I dont give to receive and dont think birthdays are all about presents (although it is nice to receive them) i would be content with a happy birthday even if its just written on face book, the reason i say this is because i wait for a message from my dad, i didn't get one last year and i didnt think i would this year but then i finally received it at about 7:30 at night and it put a smile on my face.

well half term is nearly over, birthday done and back to work and school for the kids tomorrow, now to get ready to halloweenify (new word i made up ha ha) the house tomorrow for my girls, not taking them out this year but were gonna have fun and do some spooky stuff indoors, ill let you know how it all went

thanks for reading

*****REVIEW*******

Hi guys (or whoever takes the time to read my reviews, and if you do then thank you)

I'm back with a review, and this one is really good. Firstly lets get the formalities out of the way then i can get on to the details of the product, i was asked to test this product in exchange for my honest unbiased review so this is exactly what i am doing.

First  a little info about the product, its a makeup organizer that can store your lipsticks/glosses, its tiered so you can see all your products and the casing is transparent also making it easily to view your things. The case is made from acrylic, is durable and moisture/waterproof in case you prefer to store your cosmetics in your bathroom. The product is lightweight and easily transportable, it doesn't take up much room on my dressing table which is perfect and to say its small it does well to hold 24 products. I love this product, i no longer have to dig around in my makeup bag looking for a lippy to use i can simply just glance at the organizer and pick which one i want to wear.

if anyone wants to check out this product its available to buy on amazon, i will also included a link in this review, thanks for reading guys
love to you all

Alcohol!!!

Wow........
Had an amazing time celebrating my friends birthday on the weekend, ended up going to a town I've never been to before but it was so good!
Pre-drinks at a friends before we went, shots the lot!! then all bundled into a mini bus where we sang at the tops of our voices, did crazy dancing and passed round a bottle of jagermeister ha ha.

Now i had t down a lot of drinks and get my friend to help me as everyone wanted to move on and i still had a full drink ha ha, the last place we ended u was a club that had had a V.I.P area booked into with drinks and stuff, the whole night was amazing great laugh with my friend and partner and alcohol and dancing what more do you need?
oh yeah cheesy chips to top off the night ha ha

i was surprised that my hangover the next day didn't last long, but the Sunday dinner my mum made me had to be saved because it was massive!!, i managed about a quarter of it then took the rest home to eat later, was well and truly defeated and would you be with one of this size ha ha

once when i had a bad hangover i googled hangover cures (as you do) and i read lemon and lime is good to cure it so this was my drink for the day, it did actually help ha ha.

Now i have it all to do this weekend to celebrate my birthday i honestly cant wait, visiting a new town, a new bar and doing it with fab friends. I will let you know how it goes ha ha

love doing what i do!!

So today i received an email saying i had been chosen to review beauty and oral hygiene products thanks to my application i had sent in!, to be honest i had forgotten all about it but i am so excited to do it, i have to confirm i want to still do it and stuff but ill sort all that later!
Aside from now doing this i also review other products and i have done some amazing ones so far, some of which i have reviewed on here, i seriously love doing this, i also want to start another project up with my friend soon but i'll share that with you all when we work things out.
All this while working part-time and looking after my two children, it gets busy sometimes but i don't mind!

Cant believe its the weekend already, since starting my new job time has flown by!, soon it will be my little girls 6th birthday then Christmas, (and also my birthday), it doesn't feel lie two minutes ago since i was celebrating last Christmas and now its nearly upon us once again...... is everyone ready?.
I am so proud of myself i actually have purchased a few presents for my girls, their only small but its a start, might not seem like a big thing to be proud of but i usually don't start till the last minute then i rush to get things or run out of money ha ha.

Had a lovely day at work today though (well i enjoy everyday really), the children were so fantastic and one of the sixth former pupils came down to help was brilliant!

Currently sat singing along to Spongebob as i write this, the children love it and to be honest so do i, i think i put it on more for me than i do them i'm such a big kid sometimes ha ha, we also watch Sanjay and Craig and Mr Bean the animated sitcom, then once they have watched their stuff ts time for mummy programs, although they do love watching the great British bake off with me ha ha.

Well now i have the weekend to look forward to, swimming Saturday morning with my girls, then as they go for a sleepover at grandmas i get to go celebrate my friends birthday wooo, i need to remember to take photos this time, everytime i go out i have the intention of taking pictures to keep memories but only end up taking 1 ha ha  (not that i go out all the time!!)

well this is a short blog just wanted to tell you about the beauty thing, and share a little about my day, hope everyone who sees this has a lovely rest of the day and a fantastic weekend.

love to you all

Celebrations

Hi guys (or whoever reads my posts ha ha)

So what have i been up to, well as some of you can see i have been reviewing products and i love doing it. It so good to be able to use a product then give feedback to the seller.
Still enjoying my job! whats not to love about it, my passion of working with children with additional needs, its just amazing and all the children and staff are fab!!

so why the title celebrations?
well i went on a night out for the first time since march the other night and it was brill!!! had been trying to plan this night out with my friend for weeks and something always came up, but we got there in the end and i was AMAZING!! we even got to crash a wedding and a 30th birthday party ha ha.

The next celebration is that tomorrow (11th) is going to be one of my best friends birthdays, now i really want to give her her present but don't think i will make it up there which is really annoying because i'm excited to give it to her ha ha, and we are also going to celebrate on the weekend by going on a big night out woooooo

The next celebration is that its my birthday on the 25th and i'm going out with friends on the 22nd to celebrate (when i finally decide what we are doing, honestly i'm so bad at organizing things lol)

One of the biggest celebrations is that i am currently writing this blog post on my brand new laptop, arggghhhhh i'm seriously in love with it, its an early birthday gift from my gorgeous other half, he has done a fantastic job of picking a good one and i just love it and love him!!!!

And another thing to celebrate, me and my partner have been engaged for like 9 years but just never got round to the actual wedding bit, we spoke about it today and we have set a target weight line, when i get down to my ideal weight then we will stat planning, its actually such a good idea cause it gives me something to focus on and i will be slimmer for my wedding so lets get sweating ha ha.

2 celebrations for November my daughter turns 6 on the 26th and on the 20th is mine and my partners anniversary 13 YEARS!!!!! can believe it.

So loads going on, really looking forward to going out cant wait!.
life is fantastic at the moment, great friends, beautiful children, a job i love and my partner whom i love so so much, what more could i ask for?

ill be back shortly with another blog post (easier to get on and keep up to date now i have a new laptop) love to everyone who reads this

review of uk pro satin straighteners

I received this product free of charge for my honest unbiased review and i have to say its a fantastic product.
I have to start by saying this company packages their products exceptionally well, it came in a lovely box with a circle pattern, it also had a seal sticker so when pealed off a residue was left on the box saying box opened, perfect to see if the box had been tampered with in any way, then upon opening it there was a stylish black box with a magnetic flap, inside the box was a black heat proof bag with the straighteners inside and an instruction Manuel.

I have never seen infrared heat technology on a product before but found out that is causes less damage to the hair cuticle and it looks pretty awsome when the straighteners are on as it lights up red. The straighteners have an impressive 11 temperature settings between 130°C-230°C and only takes 90 seconds to heat up and also has an auto shut off function.iIhave medium thickness Afro-Caribbean hair and i chose to have the heat setting on 200°C and i managed to do my whole head of hair in sections in around 15 minutes. i love that the plates are Extra-wide because that meant i only had to go over my hair once so it was fully straight and i could have thicker sections in there. This product is fantastic and is an absolute steal at the price it is advertised at, best straighteners i have had so far!!!

review of Leonal fashion women animal printed scarves

I received this product free of charge in exchange for my honest unbiased review and i have to say i really really like it.
There were many different designs and colors to chose from as well as may different patterns e.g. animal print, flowers etc, I chose the grey scarf with the bird design, although the design is grey and black the birds themselves have a splash of color on some of them which makes them pop, there is more than one type of bird and its just beautiful.

The scarf itself is really big (basically and over sized scarf) the material is so soft and also thin and it feels good against my skin. I like the fact that this is an over sized scarf because i can get hot really easily, so on colder days i prefer to wear a thinner scarf that i can wrap round myself multiple times as apposed to a woolly one. and because its thin i can also wear it in warmer weather.

Review of silver stars bracelet

I received this product free of charge in exchange for my honest unbiased review and i have to say its lovely.
The product is exactly as described by the seller on amazon and is quite charming. I have to say it was packed very well too, It came in a small sealed plastic bag inside a box which was then wrapped in a double layer of bubble wrap. I love the little starts on the bracelet, each star is in between two small silver beads and it is able to move along the bracelet between these beads. The material is 925 sterling silver and wont tarnish or change colors. This product looks fantastic on and would make a lovely gift for that special someone. The reason i love it so much is because i am a huge fan of stars, and i currently have two star tattooes on the inside of my left arm, in each star is my daughters first initial and underneath is their date of birth, (just need a boy now to complete it ha ha )

new stuff going on

Hi guys, so i said ages ago i was starting my new job,2 weeks down and i am loving it!!!. i swear it feels so good to wake up in a morning and want to go to work so bad, the staff and children are amazing there and its such a rewarding place to work!. i cant believe two weeks have passed already, it literally feels like i have been there two days, maybe its because i love working there and the best bit is that it is term-time so i get the holidays with my girls and partner.

I have also got back int my routine!!. so before the 6 weeks holidays i used to take my girls to school, then go to the gym and work out for like 2 hours Mon-Wed and on a Thursday and Friday morning i would go swimming for two hours (this was before my job). then the 6 weeks holidays rolled around and i couldn't take the girls to the gym so i majorly slacked off!!, i mean i did work out a couple of times at home and manged to go to the gym like twice when the partner was home but apart from that nothing!!. Now the girls are back at school i drop them off, go to the gym for an hour and a bit then head ff to work, i feel so much better for doing it. i'm also doing the squat challenge at the gym and its a killer!!! its for a whole month and supposed to work my legs and butt, i don't know if its working or not for my butt ill have to ask my partner ha ha.

I have also started to review products now. i get some amazing products for free or for a huge discount in return for my honest unbiased review, i'm sure you have seen a couple of posts so far from the reviews i have done on here. i love it, and it feels so good to give a company real feedback. so you will see a lot more reviews coming up in the future hopefully.

That's about it for the moment, i'm happy, healthy and in love ha sappy i know but i am my lovely one makes me so happy at the moment its unreal, he is such a star and works so hard, think he needs a treat hmmmmm i'll work on it ha ha.

Until next time lovely people

review of the BenQ lamp........... love it!!!

I have been reviewing some products lately and i have had the privilege to review this amazing lamp from #BenQ,

i reviewed it using a big discount for my honest unbiased review and i have to say it is amazing i am totally in love with it!!
it has amazing features and turns on just by touching the ring at the top of the lamp. it has color changing features and an Eye-care sensor to protect your eyes by adjusting the lamps brightness according to the lighting condition in the room, the head of the lamp can also turn in all directions thanks to the ball joint securing it to the frame..

They think of everything, it came with this adapter set with a whole range of universal plugs so you don't have to worry about going out to purchase a particular one!

it was packaged really well, so nothing could get damages in transit and it also had a user guide and quick start guide with it. it was so easy to assemble, all you had to do was slot the stand on the lamp into the base and secure by tightening a screw, so easy! the base was a little eave though so had to be careful when removing it from the box)

All in all its a fantastic product and i am so glad i had the opportunity to review it, would highly reccomend a purchase, its perfect for reading, doing work, using the computer and so much more. if you want to check it out here is the link - http://www.amztk.com/task-light

100% pure organic matcha review

I was lucky enough to review this product at a discount for my honest unbiased review and i have to say i love the product.
I had never heard or seen this product before and being a fan of green tea i was very excited to have the opportunity to review it.The product itself comes in a durable re-seal-able bag for easy storage and to keep it fresh. once i opened it i noticed that the contents were a fine green powder, and being curious i dipped my finger in and had a taste, the taste wasn't at all over-powering and i didn't mind it at all.
Upon reading the front and back of the packet i was surprised to find you could use the product in your cooking, I have since tried it in my porridge in a morning and sprinkled over my scrambled eggs, and i enjoyed both meals. I have also added a spoonful to hot water to make a hot green tea drink, it does sort of have a plant like taste but being used to drinking green tea i found it quite pleasant, it does get stronger the further down the drink you get though so it can taste a little overwhelming.
I usually have it in my porridge or in a drink for my breakfast before going to the gym and it does make me feel energized it does also have a recommended daily dose of 1/2 - 1Tsp a day, I look forward to trying it in baking next..... green tea cupcakes anyone?,
would also like to make a smoothie using this product.
if you want to take at look at the product the product link is below,

[[ASIN:B00OJMI0CK Organic Matcha Green Tea Powder Extract - 100% USDA Organic - Fat Burner & Weight Loss Diet Supplement - Energy & Mental Focus Booster - Lattes, Smoothies Shakes and Baking Mix - Gluten Free, Vegan Superfood - Amino Acid L-Theanine & Antioxidants - FRE ..]]

some of the things it says it does are as follows
- Enhanced focus and memory
- Fat blocker and calorie burner
- Stimulates metabolism
- Over 1300 antioxidants
-Jitter free organic energy
- High in L-Theanine
- Great for baking, in smoothies or even latte's

And best of all its 100% organic go on give it a try, i'm so glad i did!!

been away

ok so I haven't posted for a while but I am really sorry, probably not best to post a down moods post then not return for a while but i'm fine.

it will be so much easier when I finally get my computer up and running at home, at the moment I have to write my posts here in the library on the computer or on my phone (and its a bit of a pain on my phone).

its not going to be a massive update just thought while i'm here in the library I will do a little post.

school holidays are nearly over thank the lord, although I have enjoyed spending time with my beautiful girls im more than ready for them to go back to school and me to start my new job!
MY NEW JOB!!!!
I really cant wait, I will be working in the special educational needs sector with children and young adults from 3-19yrs, I used to be a SENCO (special educational needs co-ordinator)   in my last job and did a lot of one-to-one work with children who had a special need, and now im going to a school specifically for children who need extra help. I love to make a difference and help children reach their full potential. I have worked within childcare for around 12 years and it has been amazing, going from a modern apprentice, to nursery practitioner,to, nursery nurse with children 18m-5yrs, to senior team leader with babies, to SENCO, to deputy manager as well as behaviour co-ordinator and safe-guarding lead.
working with children from 3 months up to school leaving age has been amazing now I am ready to work with children from 3 years right up to young adult of 19!.
one of the most rewarding parts of the job is helping a child reach their goal, weather it be helping a baby to smile and laugh, say their first word, walk, crawl, eat - right up to writing their own names, counting or even learning actions to a song.
another part I loved was the parents!!! it felt amazing to have a parent who really liked you and was comfortable enough to leave their 3 month old child with you as they popped off to work for the day. Assuring them that their child would be fine and its perfectly normal for them to cry when you leave but that they are in safe hands and they don't cry for long. i've had parents wonder how I got their child to eat a certain thing and how I got them to sleep so fast without their comforter and even ask me for advice on things. I have had children with loads of allergies and their parents be apprehensive about leaving them but then to be told a month later that they cant believe how far they have come along and how well they have done with their allergies.
looking after children is just a rewarding experience, you learn from them every day, and you have to prepare yourself for new challenges, I have faced ,many challenges over the years but I am still here to tell the tale.
if u need help you know where to find me

Day turned out to be great!

So yesterday after letting you know about my disaster of leaving the kids clothes at home, the rest of the day turned out to be pretty great.
First of all the train ride was ace and we got there in good time and went to McDonald's after getting off the train.... Come on who doesn't like McDonald's ha ha. Then treated the girls to a swimming pool from Argos I swear it huge (mention this later). So after this we went to the mother in laws house to get changed as it was boiling hot! Like 27oC!!! Luckily when I opened my case I spotted two of the girls jumpsuits! 🙌🏽 was so happy so got them in their costumes (ones from their aunties house we just stayed at 😂) with their jumpsuits over top and they were set. We explored the surroundings a bit and found two brand new parks (mother in law lives on a new build estate it's so amazing.... Well jealous ha ha) then after we headed down to the beach front.
We went to this amazing outdoor water park on the sea front it was fenced in and had a massive adventure play castle, zip line, park, mini adventure park for the toddlers, cafe, picnic benches and places to sunbathe, toilets, then in the middle was a big soft Tarmac area with water fountains in the middle, all different shapes and size, sprinkler machines and a big tower that poured water down in streams. The girls loved it and it was so cheap, only £2 a child and adults were free, you would think for this price the cafe would be expensive but no that was cheap too!
After fun in the park we went across the road and had fun on the beach, digging holes and swimming in the sea!
We also found a little shop to buy some more girls clothes ha ha
Once back we opened the swimming pool in the garden to see how big it was!. Now when looking at them in Argos we saw a cheap one but it had a picture of a baby in it and wasn't much room left and I thought no both girls won't fit!, so we got one for £9.99 and didn't realise how big it actually was till we unraveled it both the girls and me were in it (and could fit two more) and I could even lie down flat it bloody huge!!! Gonna take ages to fill 😖
So after feeling down about leaving the bag, my day turned out to be ace!

Travelling disaster!!!

Travelling don't you just hate it sometimes! Why does it have to turn out to be soooo stressful sometimes urgghhhh. I'm literally so frustrated right now it's unbelievable. So I am travelling down to my mother in laws for the week with the girls, first stop is my sister in laws, we load the car and everything, set off and the journey ain't too bad we finally get there about 1hr 45ish minutes later and bring the case and duvet in etc, sit there for about 10 minutes and the mother in law brings in some thing she has bought the girls pyjamas etc, then it dawns on me..... I look towards my partner and say please tell me you packed their trunkie with all their clothes in cause I didn't ?
Yeah....
YEAH!!!! That's right their trunkie wasn't packed I was so angry, frustrated, annoyed, upset it's so bad my partner has to work so he is going home and I'm getting the train with my mother in law to her house. Soooooo now I have to buy them ALL NEW CLOTHES for the bloody week.... I'm so wounded right now I could cry. You know when you pack them the nicest clothes too especially because I was informed that it was going to be hot, so they had little dresses, summery tops etc. Now i hope my partner has a few days free because he said he would come see us then he can bring the trunkie with him. GOSH!!!!!
I am trying to be positive too but it's still in the back of my mind I'm legit really upset it's not bloody fair 😞😞😞. I had the perfect outfits for the beach and water park and everything I swear if I could drive I would drive the 6 hours it takes from my mother in laws and go home just to pick it up. Now I'm on the train and I at least have a seat until the stop before mine, then the rightful owner will come on and kick me out of it (person who booked the seat 😂) i don't mind though I'll only have to stand up till the next stop.
It's funny how little things can get you down so much, it hasn't bothered the girls that I left their clothes and my partner and mother in law say just buy some more but I'm heartbroken lol. Now onwards with my journey for the next 3 or so hours till I reach our destination. Then I'll let you in on the fun we have x

Just a random post

Ok so not even half way through the day and I've already had coffee spilt on me, and this is me trying to be productive and get out of the house!!!
Come into town and decide to treat the girls to lunch in a café before we head to the library, stood in the line and one man orders two coffee's, pull's them towards him and spills a whole cup all over the floor and me..... first of all there was a ledge....a freaking LEDGE , why would you think you could pull a coffee safely towards you down a ledge, he was even wearing glasses!!!. so i'm there wiping all this coffee off my trousers (thank god I had dark trousers on, imagine if they were white!!!) while he prances around with no coffee on him at all, then he casually looks over and says oh sorry then walks away.... I swear if looks could kill!!.
On a side note I love people watching who would of thought there would be funny people in the quiet library, as I type there is a man sat across from me using another computer, he has his headphones in and he is bopping away to the music, actions and all!!, mouthing the lyrics, head banging and even tapping out the beat on the desk (that bit is a little annoying), then there is another guy, I have seen him here before and he always does the same, another headphone guy but this one watches clips of keith lemons celebrity juice on youtube and laughs away (not realising how loud he is as he has headphones on), one guy sat next to me laughing away every two seconds, then a younger lad (teen) on the other side of me face close to the screen, my time ran out so I stood up and he quickly scroll up (i'm sure I saw something that is not suitable for minors on the screen) really in a library of all places lol.
so, so far I have had a not so bad day, felt like putting it all down on here while I was here in the library and can use the computers.
oh one thing that made me smile was this - Wednesday me and the girls (my daughters) came to the library so they could sign up for the big read challenge, this is where they read six different books then at the end they get a medal and a certificate, anyway while they were choosing their books, a lady came round saying we can go up to the art gallery at the top of the library and participate in some sign making. Having nothing else to do we went up there after, they explained that we had to look round the gallery then think of a question we would ask the artist, once we had that question to write it down on a big piece of board and paint it. The girls loved it and we had such good fun. then today as we came to the library we saw each of our signs displayed outside for everyone to see in a mini art exhibition. the girls were super happy! (our questions - me - what inspired this piece?,
D - How old is the artist? and B - how did the dog die?) .....there was a stuffed dog on display lol.

Anyway enough rambling that was my day......so far today just thought id share 😊

My day today!

Do you ever feel exhausted for no reason?.... Like literally no reason at all, you slept in late and then have basically just sat around. I mean you have done little stuff like maybe go to the shop, make dinner, tidy up a bit, but then you sit down and feel you can sleep for a 1000 days lol. That's what my day has been like today! Maybe it's because I'm used to doing something everyday and being out the house but when I got up this morning I just thought today is a lazy day.... Everyone is entitled to a lazy day arnt they, the problem is when you get stuck in that mood and every day turns into a lazy day. Well I have had my one lazy day and tomorrow it's back to being fresh as a daisy and getting out of this house!!!

Lazy days can be relaxing and chilled then some lazy days can just turn wrong... My lazy day was ok watched loads of tv, chilled with my girls, messaged friends. But I've had them lazy days that have gone wrong... Maybe you know the ones.... The ones where you just sit and think about everything you think is wrong in your life and let everything get on top of you.... The ones where you feel like your the only person left in a world that is pitch black and silent..... The ones where you feel no one will understand you and you wouldn't want to have to talk to someone to try and make them understand. I hate them days and I hate it when I know someone else has them days but I'm not close enough to help them through it.
I have made a friend in the last few months, we were introduced through our partners and I can honestly say I feel like I have known her for my whole life, she and I understand each other so much, we are the same in many ways and it was today when she sent me a lovely picture message that said there are some people who could hear you speak a thousand words and still not understand you. And there are others who will understand without you even speaking a word. That I truely knew we would be friends forever, it's so lovely to have someone in your life that you know can be there for you and cheer you up just by sending a message that she knows will make me laugh like a picture of her lil cheeky one doing something crazy. It's people like these who you don't want to let go, people like this who can make you a better person, people like this who can walk down the same path as you in the darkness and hold your hand when you need to find your way, because they have walked down it many times before.
Your mind can be a dark cruel place but if you have that one person that can understand it's like lighting a candle in the dark.

I have so many thoughts and feelings I can share but I will save them for another day....
